I think the larva depicted above is either Procitheronia principalis
or Procitheronia purpurea, probably third instar.
Larry found two additional, more advanced larvae on the same plant on
April 4. I think this larva is in fifth instar, and I expect it
to darken, especially dorsally, as it readies for pupation.
It is starting to look more and more like Procitheronia purpurea,
but I suspect P. principalis would be quite similar.
