Sphingidae of Belize

Manduca albiplaga courtesy of Paolo Mazzei.

Although I believe these "tribal" checklists contain only species within Belize, there may be a few omissions. If you have corrections to offer, please contact
Bill Oehlke at oehlkew@islandtelecom.com.

Jan Meerman has a nice checklist and map, breaking ranges into specific districts at http://biological-diversity.info/sphingidae.htm

I have double checked this listing against Jan's listing. I believe the list is complete and reflects adjustments made by Kitching and Cadiou, 2000.

To complete the image bank, I need images of Pachygonidia caliginosa, and Unzela pronoe pronoe. Help in this area would be greatly appreciated. All images depicted remain the property of the photographer and are credited as such.
