Genus: Orecta, Rothschild & Jordan, 1903
Species: titana, [Haxaire, 2014]

DISTRIBUTION:

Orecta titana (wingspan: males: 75-85mm; females: 104-107mm // forewing length: males: 34-41mm; females: 49-51mm) flies in
Bolivia: La Paz and
Peru. It is very similar to O. lycidas.

FLIGHT TIMES AND PREFERRED FOOD PLANTS:

Orecta titana adults are on the wing in ??.

Orecta titana larvae possibly feed upon plants in the Lauraceae family.
