Aleuron ypanemae adults probably fly in multiple broods.
Adults eclose from pupae formed in shallow
SCENTING AND MATING:
Females call in the males with a pheromone released from a gland at the tip of the
EGGS, LARVAE, PUPAE:
Larvae probably feed
on Doliocarpus dentatus
, and Curatella americana, and probably other members of
Mature larvae hide on stems during the day.
Caterpillars pupate in underground chambers.
