Black Hyalophora euryalus larva

Took another fairly good image today of a 5th instar H. euryalus larva. I received approx. two dozen eggs from Dr. Collins in Calif. but have managed to get only five this far!!

This image has been rotated 90 degrees clockwise so entire larva can be seen at one time. The caterpillar's weight on the branch tip has sent it drooping toward the ground.
